QUOTE(victorchew @ Oct 3 2010, 12:08 PM) Thats a great statement that What I am need most. Thanks no biggie bro. Added on October 9, 2010, 12:17 amQUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Oct 4 2010, 11:12 PM) juz wanna share something weird. i ordered a miniDP-to-VGA adapter from the online store using maybank debit card. the next day, i checked the order status and it said my bank did not authorize the purchase. no big deal, went to a local reseller and bought one. this was on 1/10/2010. today i got an email from the apple online store saying my adapter is shipping. i checked at m2u and my rm129 was already deducted +_+ better go buy from apple shop. QUOTE(edwardgo @ Oct 9 2010, 09:36 AM) I want to know if it is reliable? u mean online store? super duper reliable (at least for me) especially if u ordered configured unit it wud be faster than those shop. save energy save fuel save parking ticket paper = greener earth. oh yeah another one please use credit card instead of debit/transfer from account. debit/transfer sometime can caused a little biiiiit small tiny trouble.. I didnt know you can send it back. I bought my 15" MBP last year. its has a intermittent mechanical sound like a spring or whirring. i didn't check it out until this year, and found out i have already passed my warranty period. : ( oh well. i hope its a minor problem. it still makes sound occasionally. thanks for sharing, now we know one can return and get a new one. QUOTE(-|JuStIn|- @ Sep 15 2010, 03:28 PM) Just bought my 15" mbp from the malaysia online apple store. When DHL dropped it off the first time the laptop was vibrating pretty awfully. Think it was a defective hard drive or fan. Called apple up and told them about the problem. They declared it Dead On Arrival and scheduled DHL to come pick it up from my house. The laptop was picked up the following week and after another week i received a spanking new unit. No problems whatsoever. Plus i managed to get the educational discount from buying online instead of the reseller. And i customised my mbp too! widescreen HD display. 500GB @ 7200rpm. 8GB RAM. I would recommend buying from the online store. it really is convenient.
