is this thing capable of streaming via LAN?
as for the non-mosaic question...of course there is....the mosaics are applied after filming, isnt it? so the source of course is mosaic-free

QUOTE(SpikeTwo @ Jan 27 2009, 01:18 PM) how can you say HD quality is wasting time? lol...then buying 1080 capable screens are also wasting time. if you are just a typical guy that can watch whatever quality stuff, it's fine. but you cant say waiting for higher quality = wasting time. cos other than blu ray rips, the quality is just shitty. plus some good movies deserve a HD treatment. it can be a waste of time if you compare with actually just go and buy a copy of the movie off the shelf.....most of the time even ordering from amazon is faster than waiting for a 40GB files to complete.

QUOTE(welwitchia @ Mar 8 2009, 04:35 AM) I can stream a 1080p file without any problems into a HTPC and that's only a 100mb LAN. But this the WD that we're talking about..so lets keep our fingers crossed. 1080p file, you mean mkv files or m2ts files?
