QUOTE(attap @ Feb 16 2009, 03:03 PM) FYI it has coaxial audio output. Bro,Added on February 16, 2009, 3:30 pm Thompson RMVB players are the better ones compare with other China brands. And RCA L8 (Thompson) is also a RMVB player. The reason I bought this L8 was because there are many chinese tv programs that I like to watch are only available in RMVB format. Not too bad for a Chinaman company trying to improve their products and competing with the rest HD media players. I would suggest to consider L8 if you mainly download RMVB files. For HD movie playback, better get a HDMI v.13 NMT. On the HDMI 1.3 thing, do i need to have a HD TV with HDMI 1.3 port to use the HDMI 1.3 in the WDTV? Thanks. |

I have a suggestion. Lets put up a common listing where each member list the movies each member have with location stated. From there we can contact each other for download. Ok kah? Should one felt that the other member does not have the movie he/she wants, then a certain (agreed) fees can be levied. For a sales to takes place, noth must mutually agreed lol.

QUOTE(beebee @ Mar 4 2009, 12:21 PM) anyone using hardisk dock for the WD? i was thinking of using the vantec hdd dock + the ezi swap 5.25' so can use sata to copy from pc to hdd without using usb so can copy faster and no need to use so many external casing but the hdd dock seems a little too big to my liking how do you guys normally use to copy the files? sometimes thought of using some other NMT which can stream wirelessly from a nas so no need to copy so many times Added on March 4, 2009, 12:22 pmedit: @trooper - wow! gonna get a separate hdd for it! My advise, pls don't get the HDD Dock due to static reasons. One half of the HDD is in the dock while the other half of the HDD is expose so chances of getting damage due to static is high. Get a normal enclosure will do. |
