guys, i bought a laptop from amazon last week and now customs holding my laptop. it seems now we must have license to import any stuff with wifi,3g, etc.. see attached image and pdf or click on the link below for the pdf doc from skmm.

its just one laptop.. thinkpad USD 850++ , for personal use also now must apply import license?

UPS said they cant help, but a lady from ups department gave me a mobile contact number of an agent who can help get license and get my laptop. i called the guy, and he said his fees is something like license fees rm150 and plus rm150 for his service charge. damnnnn...

i dont mind to pay gst, but now have to pay gst + license and stuff?

any sifu's can recommend me what to do now?? amazon offered to get the item back and refund me back, but i really want the laptop.

what would be the fastest way to get my laptop?? my tracking shows the item is at warehouse in sepang... im not sure if its at the customs in sepang or is it UPS in sepang.

please advise, thank you.
