Hi, I would like to know whether if the courier service would charge GST and Kastam would asked for sirim permit if I want to import a phone?

i got the google pixel and i'm trying to send it back to Malaysia, but am afraid will have to pay more just to get it sent over.

Can i mark it as gift? or set the price to be below the market indicated value?
