I checked the poslaju website and the only seri kembangan is this.

OS LAJU BALAKONG
No.5, Jalan Perusahaan 3
Taman Industri Selelsa Jaya 2
43300 Seri Kembangan Selangor
Tel: 03-8964 4181
Tel: 03-8964 0417

Is best you called the poslaju first and tell them your tracking number they should be able to tell you where is your item in which branch

I got 2 boxes from Japan quite big but value is low problem is its heavy so shipping cost is quite high. Seller also used EMS with tracking

1 box 3,000 Yen value + 14,200 Yen shipping
2nd box same as above

Declared items as a gift and no commecial value, because I will pesonally use them

it's been 12 hours since boxes arrived at KLIA and status stucked at Custom Inspection.. I have received may packages from Japan since April and they normally clear custom within the same day usually after 3-5 hours my packages gets sent to POS Laju KLIA

Is it safe to say that my boxes got held by Custom because this is the first time a package of mine will be held for this long as per poslaju website. Like I said above all my packages usually clear customs the same day 3-5 hours after they receive it for inspection (based from status changes from poslaju)

If I go claim the package what paperwork do I need as it got sent to me by the brother of my friend from Japan so there is no commercial invoice, I just paid my friend here in Malaysia cash and he said he will pass the money to his brothers bank account.

How can I prove in custom that the declared value is really the value I paid for the items?

I applied epermit and got it within 2 business days. Could've gotten it in just one business day but I think the one who was responsible for my epermit was too lazy (I called them multiple times)

Hi, if i plan to buy a lot of fashion accessory import from china.
What is the rate will be tax by custom ?
Is calculator base on the total value of the product ?Or the quantity of the product ?

For example , i buy 500 piece of fashion accessories , total cost is USD1000.
How many tax will charge of malaysia custom ?

It Depends As Long It's Lower Than RM 500 You Should Have No Problem If Over Than 500 Suggest to Divide Items Into Few Shipment to Avoid Paying Tax

i think if u import automotive like car will be tax around 20-50%
but if for Parts and accessories
just found this HScode 870899100 "Parts and accessories for vehicles"
5% for duty GST 6% total 11%
let me know if this code is wrong or correct
