YES U CAN...
uninstall or dont run the previous pc which it was installed or just disconnect it from the internet...

then install in the new pc
use phone activation
either enter via numpad or say the block of codes
then the automated system will ask u
are u installing windows vista etc
say yes
then will ask u are u installing in the same pc
say yes dufos
then will ask did u uninstall from the previous pc
say yes again if not call ureself dufos 3 times...
then she will give u the block of codes ...

easy as pie...
beware of noobs..
they are dangerous..
assumption is the mother of all f***ups

ive done this on my bench rig which i change mobos every month...
