I have experience this b4 when the 1st adopt Jingle's mother (Joy) and Jaster (male). I got both of them from my sister's schoolmate because his GP breeds a lots and i took both of them from the same cage. Both of them use to be so close when they stayed under one cage. Later we was found that Joy was actually pregnant when i take her home (but not sure who is the father) and when near to the delivery date, Joy keep on chasing Jaster and bite him. Jester was squekk so loud. I have separate them untill Joy delivered Jingle. I have no idea whether can both of them stay together after Joy delivered because Jester was RIP due to virus infection....and few days later Joy also leaving Jingle(RIP).
I have totally dunno what can i do as that time Jingle was only 10 days old and she still need mother milk. Trying to get GP's milk powder for her but cant found and finally i bring Jingle to vet to have a checkup because need to make sure Jingle is not affected by the virus. Vet suggest that i can give mix veg baby paste (use to sell in glass bottle).
That the reason that you can see now Jingle's body size is smaller then the normal of 5 mths GPs because according to vet this is due to lack of mother milk.
I really have no idea what u can do now other then separate them. Maybe you can bring them to have a check in vet to confirm the gender and get some advice from vet regarding this problem. Do share wt us about the best solution yah.
Recommand you to go Hands n Paw as the charges there is reasonable. Normal checking without any medicine should be ard rm15 per gp. You may see Dr.Jenny as she is experience is small animal especially gp. As i know Dr Jenny will be in Hands n Paw on Sunday and Monday. Try to catch her up if possible.
All the best xiong.

I'm using zoozone 2 and there are no separate tray. So i have to put woody in the zoozone directly and sometime gp will accidently eat the woody because when there food drop on it, melt woody=sand will stick on the food. As vet advice, since the melt woody are so sticky when they melt, if gp ate it and it will stick in their stomach(internally) and there are the chances that gp will suck in the melt woody (sand) when they breath. It is dangerous to them.
It is ok if you are using wired cage because they have a separate tray for you to put the woody and gps are not direct on top on it but i do not recommand if you are using those cage as zoozone.
hi carolhyf,
thanks for your information and suggestion....and sorry to hear bout Joy and Jester...
but at least i now know if really sumthing bad happen to their mom, can provided certain food for them to let them stay alive.
i think i had no choice but to put them separately until further by vet...will let you all inform if i find out the reason and solution d...thank you.
