well how they look into, one of the factor which i know is how many typs of culture are blend into 1 uni. the more the rank will be higher. this is was told by the uni evalute.

in my opinion there is no point of going into high rank of uni, as in the end of day you need to finsh your study and start to kick of with the working live (main important point)
