 [WTA] DVD-RAM Problem, Content becomes gibberish

Hi, a few days ago the content of the DVD-RAM was still ok. I have soft copies of design files inside. Quite big each of them. Today, when I insert the DVD-RAM, it becomes gibberish. Please see attached picture. What happened? What can I do? I don't have copies of it. How to recover?
