Anybody heard this company before?---Danatama Millennium Sdn Bhd (PJ)
I just attend their interview and training, i found out the company is bit weird and might got some problems.

Here are some weird things about the company i feel.
1. When enter the office, there are only 3 computer over there. (They claimed the firm is still new, but it's ald start since May of 2008)
2. The manager over there is more than their staffs. (They claimed the stuffs are out, but i never see any of staffs back to office during the 3 days training over there.)
3. They keep on posting the vacancy for manager and other professional by offer a high pay. (Although during the training there got a lot people there during training ald.)
4. After the interview, they vacant me without any of agreement, any formal things, and also never have basic salary. (Got company say:"I vacant you" then 2 weeks never contact back the staff?)
5. They say they are professional, but i think overall i more pro than them. (Not joking, haha, the very basic things i know but the manager don't even know what is it, so this is so called moneyger? )

However i check all the registration and background of the company is ok.
So anybody can give advise?

(I am still training in DMSB. I had been through the whole training process and learn about the function and job available as they mention it very clearly. Only people that dun understand the training will have doubt about this company.)

So this is the first training in your life for this kind of job????can try and ask whoever attend the training now or before to share some of their opinion wether this is the only one training provided in malaysia.....

(This is because most of the staff used laptop and computer are only for the trainer to show trainees what the ETP is)

So you think the company is provide nothing resources and just ask staff get their own laptop and do all the things at their home only????

2. The manager over there is more than their staffs. (They claimed the staffs are out, but i never see any of staffs back to office during the 3 days training over there.)

(Manager is used to train and control staffs and the operation in the company. business exec is good for looking for business, they will be useless if they stay inhouse. Remember client pay for their salary.)

So the manager is use to train the clerk and other receptionist also?????

(Vacancy is available for specific post as expension need more labour. posting is available every week is because none candidate is useful, and the most effective way to look for candidate is still posting and from ad.)

How would it need to expand and need more than 100 candidates for a small company like that????Even the major HQ also haven stable ald wan to expand other branch???Here the funny things, NONE CANDIDATE IS USEFUL, means all attend before is useless people???wohoho, then better dont go for it, coz they will think u are useless, man......

(Have u heard of insurance agent with any basic salary. the other reason is the company pay on performance. In the second interview, Did u accept the offer or didnt reply. Since no bound is attach, it is only for the candidate to choose to continue learning and progress in the industry.)

So now the problem come out......is it danatama milenium is some kind like insurance company???wat i get from them at the first is "WE ARE NOT LIKE INSURANCE COMPANY......",so its insurance like company or not????

(If it is related to the company operation and systems, I believe everyone are trained well for the post. If unrelated question i doubt it.. Well u may try asking wat u dont understand here. Let me see wat i can do to assist u with your question.)

So they are just trained well to answer some standardize question with answer are well prepared?????Or else simple FOREX question is not in the syslibus then they are unable to answer it?

as i send the mail to their HQ(they claim is GBTRADE) over new zealand, but until now i never get any reply from them.....although their company registration is ok, but that one mean nothing, coz they can just register a name only, thats the point.

Exactly what has been mentioned before?
