Can a company do trading on your behalf as like brokering without license? As far as i know, you need some sort of broker license or finance license of something from the ministry of finance to be broker company. If you let people manage funds for you, how sure are you that this person will not run away with your money? This is when the license come in. I think in order to get these license the company must prove that they have credibility and backing.
THis is definitely a scheme bordering between the local laws and scams. Really a lot of such company nowadays dealing with forex, options, shares, futures, properties and so on. So many means lots of water fish out there. People wanting to be the next Donald Trump. Dreamers.
