some people eat yoghurt is due to its calcium content. Yoghurt is also a healthy snack. So everyday I eat about 200g yoghurt. Actually, I don't care its probiotics content. I reckon, most of the bacteria have already died during transportation and storage.

I you concern about probiotics then take supplement. We also can eat more fruit and vegetables, this is because they are prebiotics which encourage the growth of probiotics. Off course, I don't ask you eat a lot of fruit and vege, this can cause stomach boating.
