ahhh self torture in the name of fashion T_T
but as far as i noe, heels makes ur butt looks nicer...because it lift you backside up...and that when you walk...there'll be a nice & seductive butt jingle to it...that is if you walk properly with it =.=" also..your legs will look longer and stretched... i guess women are strongwilled person unlike me ~_~ |

those party feet gel inserts by scholl do help but there's no way you can be comfortable in high heels past 2-3 hours, depending on heel height

i'm comfortable wit all my high heels... the most important is choose the heels that reali suite u but not choose it bcoz of its design or brand. Because sometimes branded heels cant fit my foot nicely.. i can feel pain even i wear it in the shop for 10 seconds... so i wont buy it...

yup, i agree.. the gel inserts from scholl might help... i've bought 1 pair, never seem to use it, keep forgetting about it... and yes, heels are dangerous for women's bodies... my friend told me that it's not good for the womb.. i dunno about that though, i've read thestar newspaper about 1 or 2 weeks ago in fit for life, the sunday star, a report on heels and women.. also nowadays they have those susoku foot pads in watsons & guardian.. might help too...

I love heels! I don't think I can do without them. Only recently has my boyfriend convinced me to buy a pair of flipflops for more casual wear ^^;; Says he likes putting his chin on my head apparently XD Feel so short...
Anyways, I wear 3inch heels everyday to work. My secret is to choose strappy or open toe shoes. Let those babies breathe o.o-b Also, you will want to keep your toenails nice and short. Trim them well because they do cause pain when pushed up against the insides of your heels what with your whole body weight sliding forward. When starting out in high heels, choose a pair where the heel is chunkier. Don't go for stilettos just yet. When you can balance in those you can slowly make them skinnier. Just remember, the wider the base the better the balance. Wedges are good but I feel that they don't have as much flexibility when walking so sometimes I end up stomping in them. Another secret: I'm constantly on my feet in the office walking around alot but when i get a chance to sit at my desk, OFF comes the shoes! XD Yup, just take them off and flex them on the carpet. Bend your toes backwards and forwards and try to spread your toes on the flat floor. Put them back on only when you are leaving the desk again ^^ I hope this helps a little ^^ |
