every time we try to run an application, the user acc control will pop up and ask the user whether to allow or cancel the app, but this time, it didnt ask. so how do i fix this problem?

im havin prob while installin ms office on vista..
every time we try to run an application, the user acc control will pop up and ask the user whether to allow or cancel the app, but this time, it didnt ask. so how do i fix this problem? pic related |
