Yes we cannot control what users post because everyone has their fair share of voice.
I think you are persistent on your BLOOSERVER status because you have your "rep" to hold?
1. I know your importance on the money you generate via advertising.
2. I cannot remember your legal issues on Bnet but if i'm not mistaken, technically, you are not allowed to play around with Bnet source. You can provide a gateway (like garena) but not use it.
Anyway, flying spaghetti monster is a dying server where mods and GMs are abused.
GMs... I know a handful, sad to say (even being one of them before), is just about your personal preference. no moderation is done properly and there is ZERO professionalism in managing the server.
whatever it is, blooserver is history.
If you come up with any other gaming solution, it's entirely a different story. Until then, the rep of blooserver is tarnished beyond saving.
i think your management of the server was horrific and you were driven to make money rather than provide a good gaming solution.
BTW, know the difference between private servers and portals.
garena is a gaming portal.
a private server is, in other words, plagiarism of intellectual property / abuse or breach of company software
there has always been a rule in lowyat for not providing illegal downloads.
there is battle.net which is legal. and flying spaghetti monster on the other end. you provide cracks for the game too.
you are just lucky blizzard didn't take serious action.
btw, there is a difference between LYN and the PPL.
