B_lueserver is censored but Garena/ggc isn't.

U_Cpro is censored but Garena/ggc isn't.

because Garena is international used for competition but bs is juz a private server in malaysia?

I think I am going to comment on that one. Your automatic redialer script which I believe was taken from a gaming forum was working fine and it did not work lately for some as TM has changed IP assignment for some. In certain places its impossible to get that IP range.

I believe Private Server discussion are prohibited as its against the rules. This is why such names are filtered out by the system

You believe? Taken from a gaming forum? I wrote it man. I had tested it just recently. It is still working. Maybe it was just you that cant make it work...

What make you think Garena isn't against the rules? Biased... just admit it...

I apologize , I overlooked at that one. After digging this thread up ( http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/265668/+300 ) , found out that you were the original author , but it seem to be a modified version of the script. Anyhow , it would be a different story if you wrote a generic script to get "specific range of IP address". Plus on top of that the thread is pretty old , if you had problems you should have brought this matter earlier


and uh we aren't unbiased.

I thought the script was an abuse to the TM system? With Malaysia having its own Internet exchange, it doesn't matter what IP you have, the response time are much better than it was.

I know this is not my business, but apparently TM's implementation of segmentizing IP by area isn't really working as planned.

I am based in Penang, but in many occasions I end up using IP from KL.

Just to inform you about what is happening in the real world.

I think we are really going off-topic aren't we. Anyhow those so-called "WHOIS" Lookup doesn't give you the accurate location where are you from. It just directs you back to KL. For instance , Celcom Wireless Broadband's IP usually points one in Sarawak whereby the person in KL.

Kopitiam trolls managed to find ways to bypass the censor limit, but private server discussion is still prohibited, so it doesn't really matter. When i used to be a user in the old bs forum i loitered once and a while so i know you didn't allow other private servers discussion despite the fact that bs was one of them, so how do you think that being a biased action?

Speaking about the locked thread, what i could say is go get some proof that it works and i think prasys will be happy to unlock the thread and merge them with a new one.

Yes lowyat is not unbiased, no lowyat is not unfair.

Well just to name a few things moderators/forumners alike... did to me got censored, signature removed, cautioned by, screamed at, cursed at and shouted at...etc

Won';t see me ranting that moderators/forumners alike r bias,unjustified,narrow minded anytime soon, if u have any qualms dont take it out on the forum (take it out on the moderators though XD).

Approach the respective parties for justification for such action, if the parties wont give u a reason/or the reason is insufficient than only escalate the matter.

garena and ggc were not spamming the forum with links to their forums or sending mass PM's inviting members to their server/forum.

Get your facts right before complaining. Blueserver was added to the filter list due to constant spam and advertising across the board, not because it was a private server.

While this may have been back in 2005, we're not obliged in any way to remove the filter.

It wasn't any of blues staffs inviting and sending mass pms, so you put the blame on us?
Plus ... back to 2005, there isn't any rule that against posting a link to a so called "private server".
Further more.. uc pro is entirely different with Blues. It is a new server...

so... garena isn't spamming..
