yeah, i think so too...since watercooling requires higher power PSU...i would suggest changing or try another PSu with at least 600watt true power rating.

Could you support your claim on why watercooling requires a higher rated PSU?

try unplug all the usb devices.. from some forum i've read the same problem like you but he did it by unplugging all usb devices..
no harm to try..

I have encounter this before ,trust me just put the ram setting to auto after that restart everything will be fine , later on set back the ram stable setting before this happen. Dont listen to some joker advise, like your temp problem,psu n so on, how can it be temp problem when you are using water cooling n so on.

What i think probably is the water block may not attach properly.Try see your temp at BIOS.

bro bogel pc tuu then pasang balik 1 per satu hadware jgn.. pasng dalam casing pasang atas meja kee make sure no dust nearby or skru....tengok boleh masuk window x.....maybe kes static cas laa.... check too dvd rom too...pasang whitout it
