graphic, problem with my graphic

hi there,i have a problem which is when i play game such as war3,my screen is flickering,the flick is maybe 5-15 second once or 3-5 minute once.I'm using intel GMA X3100 and vista home basic.Does anyone know what is the problem because when i update my graphice driver to the latest,the problem still occur.How to fix this?

I think the Driver still got bugs.. Wait for official comes out
