Hi all, I've built my first SFF last 2 months and happy with the performance so far and I've got some itch to build a 2nd rig (preferably Mini-ITX) to replace my ATX Mid-Tower HTPC current sitting @ my living room

The goals is to have a small machine that does not looks obstructive on my living halls along with the receivers and LCD panel, hence Mini-ITX came into mind, but I'm concern on the Mini-ITX running 24/7 as I am not sure whether the ventilation of the case is good.

I plan to have the Intel DG45FC with a C2D 45nm processor (stock cooler), 3GB of RAM, and 1TB of hard drive. Perhaps later when budget permits, a blu-ray drive will be added as well, as of now, no dvdrw plan for this machine.

Reason I chose DG45FC as it has HDMI output and most importantly it has the optical output that can connect to my receiver, and for those 720p movies I can have Dolby Digital decoded by my received for a 5.1 surround sound. I remember back in last few years the optical/coaxial digital output would upscale the output to 48khz which can't be decoded by the receiver, do I still need to worry about this as of now?

Final Objective, a small Mini-ITX with enough grunt to run bluray in near future, and running 24/7 for torrent.

Any ideas for a good mini-itx case? I've seen some @ lowyat but the quality of the psu worry me to run 24/7, any other alternative?

Specification would be as follows:
i. Intel DG45FC (with either E7200 or E8400)
ii. 3GB or 4GB of RAM
iii. 1 TB HDD
iv. Case with Mini-ITX compatible PSU

That's it, any suggestion for me to complete the project?
