Anybody know of a software which can track all files within a particular software?

I'm looking for one which can tie to active directory so that i can track each users file action for the fileserver which also is the primary server that host the active directory as well.

So far at the fileserver option in server 2003, i can see what files are being opened and modified but not deleted and it goes according to the latest files.

I would prefer a file logging system for each account so that i can review what files where deleted by whom and at what time.

Coz some of the ppl in the company like to move files here and there or delete them.
