Nah i cant find peace in sports cuz its sort of a compettive i mean i need to strategized and all that
It makes me use my brain, i prefer activities where i use very minimal brain power cuz after all during workdays i have to abuse them
Also that is why i prefer a comfy room all to myself, a nice sounding set of hifi, dimly lit room with a comfy sofa to find peace and serenity
I hate it when the ppl disturb me during that time
Wud i sit kereta kerbau oni dont need much money apart from feeding it grass

Which is why, i believe when guy is relaxing and in their comfort zone, its better for other people not to disturb them.
For me as an individual, sports allow me to be analytical. In a way, i love analyzing what's going on the court. It does provide a sense of curiosity sometimes. Like for example, all right, if i go for plan A, would it be feasible for person A or B, or is plan B sounds much better for both them, something like that.
On the other hand, sometimes, i shoot alone and do some drills, and that's the point where peace struck in me. Its great to do something alone sometimes. Sometimes i just like to know how far can my body goes and my mind as well.
You know, sometimes i prepare myself a great meal. I mean, i do really put effort for me to have a great meal and drinks. Most of the time, i do that because its my preparation for great comedy shows for example, or maybe HBO movies. And when i sit my arse down and enjoy both my meal and the show, it better be for anyone not to disturb me. I mean serious man. Even an sms. That's why my mum hated me so much sometimes
And chess as well. Damn, so relaxing....
