Firstly, I myself do not understand what your question is.

Secondly, gigabyte and asus both lied, it doesnt matter how many phases it use, the PWM buck controller used by both manufacturers mostly is not rated for the "Phases" for the cpu. Meaning, even if the board has 12 phase, he buck controler can only control 6, meaning 6 idle, 6 load.

How much are you expecting to clock? and to what extent have you tried clocking already?

Try this

My Bios Settings:
Robust Graphics Booster - Auto
CPU Clock Ratio - 8x (3.2GHz)
CPU Host Frequency - 400MHz
PCI Express Frequency - 100MHz
C.I.A.2 - Disabled
Performance Enhance - Extreme
X.M.P. - Disabled
MCH Frequency Latch - AUTO
Memory Frequency - 960mhz AKA 5:6, 1:2.5
DRAM Timing Selectable - Manual (5, 5, 5, 15) tRFC 42
CPU Vcore - 1.3375V
DRAM Voltage - 2.0v
C1E - Disabled
TM2 - Enabled
EIST - Disabled

Values indicated in bold are what you need to change from the link given. Item in RED is the important value to change.

The rest of the voltages set to Normal for now.

The settings given are idiot-proof settings and you have to tune it further when you can as its not the most optimized setting.

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0161sec    0.55    6 queries    GZIP Disabled
