i m interested to rent one unit over there, but after google-ing about it, mostly either advert or old news like dated back to 2001 - 2003...

anyone has a unit over there? where is the located? anyone has any floor plan? any detail or insider information for this services residences?

Well, its located at usj19/14, From LDP Puchong, once you turn towards USJ, you will see it on your right.

There are 4 blocks to choose from with Block D being the newest with CF.

Also, it seems that they have fibre optic wirings done up as stated in this website . Though I'm not too sure about that. Anyone can verify this? fibre optics

From what I know, Carrefour is gonna be there, and there will be lots of IT shops apparently. But I expect these shops to be open only in Dec/Jan. They are rushing to get it done now.

Hi Sweetcat .... I am currently Staying at USJ area ( for almost 10 Years already ) ... but moving soon to Puchong la..

USJ is a very nice Township to stay at... a very Self sustained & self contained Township with Great access to almost everywhere....

As for Rhythm avenue USJ 19 , dunno if u know or Not lar.. it Was an Abandon Project ( I tink abandon for 6-7 Years , Correct me if i am wrong ) ... the Project Revive i tink around 2 years back & completed somewhere early / mid of 2008 ..... CARREFOUR is Opening soon & DIGITAL MALL have a SOFT launching 2 Days back..
As in for the Service Apartment...I tink there's a Lot of Unit to rent out... U need to go & see for urself , the LAYOUT/ FACILITIES / FINISHES / NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA .... as for The Apartment Layout plan- From what i know there's a Lot of Type also...

Anyhow, me just sharing some info since i am staying in USJ...

Back to 1997, my friend bought one unit at RM 170,000, free 2 unit air-cond at certain units because of the units facing the sun in the evening, so might be very hot.
Then the project stopped due to economics crisis for many years. now it resume back and god bless my friend who had paid the interest to the bank and need to rent a house some where near USJ 5 finally can move in very soon.

Last time he was single, now with two kids.
