upgrading vista on dell laptop

Hi, i bought a laptop from dell and i m thinking of upgrading it from vista basic to vista premium.if i reformat the laptop n reinstall the vista ultimate.then how about the HDD recovery for dell?should i delete it or just put it there?if i delete it then how would i cr8 back a HDD recovery for vista ultimate?wat program should i use?

Yup & it's 30 days fully operational trial. Remember to make the Acronis Bootable rescue media builder. Or u can use the Dell's recovery DVD.
