i faced a similiar problem with you,but my platform is an AMD with integrated graphics.it seems like the board is malfunctioning and it wont read the PCI-E GPU and boot into windows using the integrated graphics, cause i tried 2 different PCI-E GPU with the same result.The problem is that sometimes my pc screen will go black, cant boot os ,
