Hey, my Gainward 4870 just went dead. I was wondering to send it to the dealers or send it directly to Gainward for RMA? which way is faster and anyone knows how long it usually takes for rma?

QUOTE(zhen^wei @ Jan 6 2009, 06:51 PM) HIS also same mah. almost 1 month la. cas those big company have their procedure for RMA. they ned time to check and send for warranty. alot of job have to do. some of the distri won't exchange with their stock one. Scanart will exchange with stock or not? Very frustrated leh need to wait so long without gaming. If like that they can delay untill 1 year+ then rma also possible??
