Hey, my Gainward 4870 just went dead. I was wondering to send it to the dealers or send it directly to Gainward for RMA? which way is faster and anyone knows how long it usually takes for rma?

Guys anyone here have experience RMA from Gainward before?
I have sent my hd4870 to them for 1 week already, untill now hasnt been fixed. Slow la..

If like that they can delay untill 1 year+ then rma also possible??

err.. so i need to push and pressure to speed things up? call their office everyday tutt kao kao will get things done faster??
