Sorry noob question.. how to know if the processor is bottlenecking the graphic card?
I'm still using C2D E6600 2.4GHz OCed @ 3.4GHz.. was wondering if it will bottleneck 4870x2 if i plan to upgrade to it in future.

Hi guys,
I bought Gainward 4850GS and installed it, but my WinXP device manager pops up another unknown device 'Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus' at the same time.
It is linked to the graphic card as I tried it with my friend's pc as well. Can you guys shed some light what it is?

Hi all. My 4850GS temperature is as below:
GPU Diode (Shader): 48C GPU Diode (Mem IO): 50C GPU Diode (Disp IO): 46C
All above are when idle. I'm using EXPERTool and Fan Speed is 50% Dynamic. On load my temperature will be more than 65C when i quit the game. Is that normal?. Also how can i know the highest temperature or average temperature during gaming?
Many thanks

Anyone overclocked the 4850GS yet? I was wondering if overclocking voids warranty? I have not overclock my card yet.

hi guys.. i'm using 4850GS and installed ATI 8.12 driver. In my process list i see the following:
CCC.exe TBPANEL.exe MOM.exe ati2evxx.exe
I did a google on all these files to find out that they are ATI processes. Was wondering if i could disable ANY or ALL of them? Is it compulsory to have these processes running to have 4850GS running optimal?
Thanks
