it could be possible. however quantum brainwwaves and being assumingly quantum particles are 2 different things. think of it as telepathy vs teleportation.

you can also think about this, if they REALLY can feel quantum particles, why did revive revival had to rely on radar? or rather, why did ribbons had a questionable tone?

marie and allelujah are super soldiers btw, and yes they can feel/pick up quantum brainwaves. allelujah doesnt have much control of it, and even worse when soma was around emitting quantum brainwaves that distrupts his. hallelujah on the other hand is a whole different story though
kinda same goes to soma/marie, soma had no control over it where marie, does it probably even better than hallelujah himself.

they called it optical camouflage, exile also hv this ability, i think when they r in stealth mode their ability will be limited, like the ptolemy cannot move fast or shot, when exile in stealth mode it cannot move.

well Innovators has direct connection with veda for sure, Ribbons hacks all the data until the final level, level 7 but Trans-Am. twin drives system and the GODLIKE GN-Particle concept on twin drives does not record in veda. Meaning that Innovator taking all their abilities and knowledge from VEDA system, thats why Ribbons think that he got all the things he wanted from that old-man =.=. Not only that, Twin Drives GN-Particles can link all the brainwaves together so thats OO pawns those Innovator because they talk so much X3
