I'm kinda confused about this activation stuff. I'm supposed to get a Singtel 3G set from a seller this weekend. He said the set will be pre-activated by Singtel. So my question is, is this 'activation' a one-off thing? If we do a restore later on, do we need to activate it again? I supposed not eh

Means the set is already activated by Singtel.

No la bro. The seller tell me he'll get the set for me from Singtel. Upon purchase, Singtel will activate it on the spot. After that only he'll pass me to set. Probably the 'pre-activated' term I used is a bit misleading. My bad.
