Ordered on monday, PM and message on whatsapp, no reply at all. Message 2nd time also no reply. In your website say can sms/whatsapp... Need to call to check order.
then called again on tuesday to check item, no pickup..message as usual no reply. then towards end of the day only reply saying tomorow will send out..
it's wednesday, waited for the wrap to come, but doesnt arrive. Called this so-called useless boss, say driver is still in KL, only tomorow (Thursday) can send out. Excuse given, "sorry we rarely do fast delivery"... then shut my call already. Probably cannot come up with excuses.
