New info:

1. Every call from fixed line to 100 is free...
2. Every call from mobile line, including CDMA to 100 is NOT FREE!
3. Every call from any publick phone to 100 also NOT FREE! --> I'm not sure at your area, since I've tried from Sabah, I have to pay for it !!!

Then, if our fixed line is down, how can we make a complaint?

Correction to (1), it has to be TM post paid line only... which happen to be the majority.

My line is always down... Thus I have to use my mobile number -> 1300 889 515 -> Ask for human operator.... laugh.gif

-Hmm, for Celcom postpaid (Minutes plan) users, they charged RM1.00 for 100 and 103 numbers, and RM2.00 for 1-300 and 1-800 numbers (per call).
Since 2-3 months ago, if I'm not mistaken.

-Before this always free, now want to collect money already (even they're part of the TM Group).
Moreover, the 1-800 numbers should be free, because the cost already beared by the number's owner.

-TM really loves to suck people's money...

Are you a webe user? Did you tried it yourself before? I always calling 100 because of my business and I'm planing to shift my Maxis to Webe. That's why I'm asking here.
