If I'm not mistaken, if you have the IELTS, you don't need TOEFL. You have to sit for SAT 1 for sure, SAT 2 is optional. The exams are valid for about 2 years after you take them I think ... so time it so that it covers when you apply for your universities.
SATs are just math and english.
GCE-O level works too... in certain uniSATs are just math and english.
