To those who are not aware there will be a Mapex investment & property exhibition at Midvalley this weekend 7-9 Nov, Level 3, Midvalley Exhibition centre. If u're there come say hello to me! I'll be at booth 3071. Cheers!

mtsen..got discount RM1k from bank promotion ie. not 25% la but slightly more than 10%

My gf is asking to go there later today (9 Nov).
Nothing particular, we are planning to get a house probably next year and are now doing some survey only  Good luck in your exhibitions! |

It is a disappointment. Nothing big.
The last round was bigger with many more developers and developments. This time is only like 1 small hall than finish. I would say not worth to visit unless want to go for high end developers like IJM, Mah Sing, SP Setia, Sunway yet Glomac is not there. Even with those names that I mentioned, the property that they offered in Mapex might not includes the newer one. It seems that they are more focus in selling some older ones. Oh, LBS is not there too. Anyway, that's my opinion. |
