his peeps.. im new here.. been playing futsal for 4-5 years.. but dont have high expectation on me la.. haha.. im just wondering whether i can join u guys for futsal.. im based in sportsplanet sunway branch.. can tell me more details on how can i join?? should i contact one of u guys or i just post my name up in the post with my contacts??

Try to join his aquatheraphy sessions; definitely will have improvements.

I've stayed relatively injury-free by adapting his exercises into my swimming regiment.
