Firstly, let me say sorry if this has been asked before but I have tried searching and I cannot find any answers or topics relating to this...Maybe I overlooked it...

If an Iphone is unlocked using someone else Itunes acct, is it forever linked/associated to that Itunes acct or can I register another Itunes acct and associate my Iphone with that account??

*hint: one iphone one itunes account. one itunes account (up to) five different ipods/iphones

you can use other iTunes account. as for the iTunes store and app store on iPhone, the last iTunes store account that u use while sync-ing with ur pc/mac iTunes will be used

yes u can register another account.
it will automatically syncs with the last iTunes account authorised on the computer
but u can only link your iPhone with single account in one time (unless using some swapping applications), so that means it will only sync contents that r authorised for use with the account.

Am curious cause might want to buy an IPhone off someone who legally unlocked it in Aust but not so sure if will have any effects if i try to sync or upload stuff using my itunes account...

unlocked phone doesn't affect anything on itunes and appstore on iphones.
