noob question here, GMXT is totaly free after i install the software? Will it charge to my phone bill after i use it?

After i'm connect to WIFI, then brows the internet.
When i'm not in WIFI range, it's auto connect to edge(i'm not brows internet at that time, but ie still open). It run for 2 hours, will it charge to my bill? And can i disable it to connect automatic? I'm using digi. |
