im using 16gb omnia with hj1 firmware. my battery is 100% but after pairing with se bluetooth watch(mbw-150) & playing around for few minutes,battery immediately drop 10%......is this normal??? i heard ppl said hj1 can last for days in normal usage.Well,can somebody pls define "normal usage" in details pls? Like how many hours of talk time,sms etc......how bout if watching movies....how long can it last??

anybody successfully flashed to hk3 using vista x86?? does it require samsung modem driver??

if u dun mind Java games for omnia, then i more than happy to email u....

same like your case,nothing happen. a bit worried might brick the phone...so i try again few times then it works....started to download 5 parts of updates to the phone...took about 2 mins to get it done..
ps:emergency mode appeared after the 1st part download.dun tick it if u try to reflash ur fon...

u have to wait for it...mine also like tat ...after manually turn on then wait for it to respond....

actually tat is not true,i tried upgrade with leaked/custom rom before n "kong" my omnia....totally cannot power up..so i send back to claim warranty...changed the new mobo,according to them.took about 2 weeks to return my omnia back..so now i only update with official rom(recently),safer n chances of bricking it is lower....
so conclusion is(based on my experience), as long as ur omnia is FMG set then u can update any rom(custom/leak/official) u wan & still can claim warranty if brick......of coz when u claim warranty dun tell them u try to update leak rom...hahaha...

Added on January 5, 2009, 8:32 amyes u can and juz be careful,try not to brick ur omnia in the process.....i bricked mine the 1st day i bought it..hahah morning went to buy omnia & at night flash rom = terus kong!! !@#$% !!!! i was so sad.....havent really fully test the phone yet....sigh..then send to claim warranty....2 weeks without omnia..to make matter worse, my gf went to get xperia x1 & everyday flaunting tat device in my face...

i juz follow exactly same as the instructions given by fellow omnia guru at modaco.....install samsung driver, using xp,activesync 4.5 etc...after reaching 100% my omnia stuck on "samsung logo" & nothing happen for an hour....so i soft reset but nothing hapen also,so i unplug the cable,take out battery put it back in and presto! dead omnia!! can never power on again.....only got red light at the "power" button.....guess im the unlucky one..
