That's because your sensor adjusting the brightness of your screen.
Try uncheck the Enable power save mode of Power from Setting.

By the way, anyone know where I can get a pouch that can store the stylus? Some nice pouches shown here, but all of them still got the stylus dangling about?

Would be nice if there was one so can always keep the stylus around without fear of it dropping off by accident.

I am using Omnia's original hard case and that's a Samsung Q1U stylus, a perfect fit.

@fahrur_07 omnia hard casing is supposed to be bought with the small samsung stylus... usually comes in a package.. but sometimes can be bought separately

sure "CAN" ... install the software from your Omnia instalation disk .. comes under application call "MIT wizard 3.0"

install it ... run it .... and ready SET GO ...

not only sms can backup .. also .. mms ...

and you can see the all sms text and mms on your PC ... Chinese and english ...

guys..im a new stupido that jus wanna start upgrade my omniey rom after 2 months using it.. n now i am currently downloading latest ROM DZIA5 ..

need some help..from below instruction..im abit confuse..please..thanks all!~

0. MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE BATTERY IS FULL BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO UPDATE!
0. Disable all other running programs on your PC.
1. Install Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 (once) -->done
2. Install Samsung Modem Driver XP (once) --> cannot download
3. Backup your data -->done
4. Turn your phone off -->not yet..
5. Connect it to PC via USB cable -->not yet
6. Start Firmware update app -->how to do this part?
7. Turn your phone on
8. Click on Start button in firmware update app and wait until it writes you "Jobs Done."

How to set the mms setting ????? i set aready but still cant recieve mms .. What happening actually ?

give a call to your mobile phone company .. request for a mms setting to sent to you handset (omnia ) at the sametime up date them that you are using this phone now ...

upon received this MMS setting over sms ... (follow the step on the sms ...)
