Samsung mobile navigator = Compatible with Samsung i780 and i617 phones... no mention of omnia.. but you could try

if no problem at all
it should take only 10-20 minutes

you need to download only 1 file : i900DZIA5_updater_vista.exe
the size is about 279MB

btw after checking around the said samsung mobile navigator is actually

GarminMobileXTforWindowsMobile_42050w.exe

latest for GMXT is 50020

when running updated it will automatically download files . It need to download how many files actually itself

u need to download the file first
after that sync your omnia with pc using window mobile device (for vista)
then execute the downloaded program.
