you need to download only 1 file : i900DZIA5_updater_vista.exe
the size is about 279MB

u need to download the file first
after that sync your omnia with pc using window mobile device (for vista)
then execute the downloaded program.

i think must use 3rd party software to use front camera to take picture
because by default,the front camera is can only use for video call
