Problem on Messenger Plus! Live, facing some problems.Help needed

I have been using Messenger Plus! Live for quite a few month.It's indeed a wonderful extension to the original WLM.
However,recently I have faced some problem.I can't open an instant messaging window when I logged in to my account.I can still see my contacts online but I can't chat with them. The problem is solved once I removed the Plus! But I can't use the features provided by Plus! anymore.  Anyone knows how to solve the problem? |

I've tried both your method but I didn't seem to be working.Maybe I'll try to download the software again.
