yeah. 17" rim?

Thanks for the compliment bro. Yup, it's 17" Advan TCII which was recovered back after it was stolen back in year 2004. That explained the different shade of color between the front & the rear. Sigh.....

Killerz622: Yes it was stolen when I parked my ride inside Low Yat Plaza when I was shopping for pc hardware. Sigh..... it was freaking nitemare that time.

soyaben86: Nope..... not by friends, it's a typical sports rims thieves syndicate that our PDRM boys managed to bust. That's why I able to locate back my wheels. Not many running with TCII wheels few years ago as I got mine from a classmate of mine in Japan.

Added on November 11, 2008, 5:47 pmCurrently my Camry runs on even lower profile series of tyres (not shown in the photos above). Drafting my own design of VIP styling bodykit with paper sketches then will go to pay SPS in USJ to consult Mike whether can give me a good price or not to build the kit onto my Camry. smile.gif

how long it takes to build one?

oh ya, can i post cars that are not belong to me here?
cars belong to my friends?
*
Nope, I'm not building my own bodykits but drafting it out in few pieces of paper then send it over to Mike @ SPS USJ to get quotation on how much it'll costs me. If within my budget & fits my allocated budget then why not?

Yes the PDRM guys managed to bust the sports wheels theft syndicate & my family got strong contacts with Bkt. Aman so able to retrieved the set of wheels back. Those b@stard took all 4 but didnt managed to change the colors for all 4 yet.

Is your plate number WEQ 52? It's kinda obvious in the last pic of your Camry.
*
It's somewhere there la & currently I only noticed 3 units "done up" SXV-10 Camry within Klang Valley. Most of them running with custom rojak-ed bodykits.

Yes dude, it came with the ride when I collected the car from the 1st owner. I traded it in for a set of 18" as got a good deal for it bout 4 months ago. smile.gif

white colour look cool thumbup.gif

My Camry is manufactured in year 1996 & registered in the same year. It's difficult to get white color as original color & it took me almost a year before I came across this. One of the reason I went for this Camry is it's in superb condition as well as it's white in color. wink.gif thumbup.gif

Yes, I would say that I'm one of the lucky ones who managed to get back my set of wheels. I saved up for some time in order to get the set of Advan TCII & I was just a college student during that time. My Wira came with AAC 14" wheels when I purchased my ride brand new as mine is a "rejected" export specs Wira.

I'm not daring or by any means trying to show off that I got contacts with PDRM. No matter how strong the contacts with any parties, it doesn't mean that I'm invincible to vehicle theft right? Yup..... currently, not much pimped up SXV-10 Camry around Klang Valley, the closest I met & got to know is one pearl white SXV-20 Camry who hangs out in Kuchai Lama & Old Klang Road area.

If in our neighbour country, Thailand..... there are loads of pimped up & even full blown SXV-10 & 20 Camry(s) running around.

Not really special if compared to local batches of Wira. It's just different in some accessories like meter cluster that shows MPH, comes with ABS, all around 4 discs brakes even for a 1.5 variant as well as auto cruise. I'm not sure whether it's better or useless..... but still it's a Proton la, head on with some other Jap cars, confirmed total lost. I've totaled a 1995 Satria back in year 2000.

bro dont worry lar, joking, haha. but be sure on one thing, your camry isn't the new camry thieves and hijackers are aftering. well i love your camry, its tastefully done up. not much people actually do up their cars nicely. ive seen a white jazz with a mitmatched white colour rim (e.g. lighter white on color, darker white on rims). i rather have them to have a two tone chrome and black rims like yours.

anyways on the side note, please forward this on. from this site.
Stolen Vehicle, Please Inform the Police If U See This Car
My uncle's car got stolen yesterday while on his way back home from the office and the way his car got stolen was tragic and traumatic one. He got hit by a car and he pulled over the side of the road to check whether everything was ok or else. Suddenly, the occupants of the car that hit his car bashed him up before took the car away, luckily my Uncle was only suffering with minor bruises but he got to undergone such a traumatic moment, lost his car and got bashed by these merciless beast or should I say, a beast in a human's clothing.

So to all MyBenzers especially those living within the vicinity of Saujana Impian, Kajang and throughout the nations, if u see this 2008 Toyota Camry, silver colour fitted with bodykit, registration number WRV7779, please inform the police ASAP or inform my Uncle, Tuan Haji Abdul Aziz Abd Rahman at 017-3287577. Your cooperation is highly appreciated. I am sad and angry over these bunch of people who are so desperate to do whatever they wish as even by hurting other people merely to get hold of their belongings.

Thanks for the compliment bro & I've different taste as well as style when I do up my ride. I used to go for heavily bodykitted along with full blown performance stuffs for my Wira-lution previously. I think my level of taste grew towards VIP styling with ride comfort.

I'll pass the msg around to my circle of friends for the stolen Camry. wink.gif

wa..totaled a satria??cause of??

i heard that the export proton is way much better..example the Satria GTI at australia and our Satria GTI here is very big different..export wan got lots of good stuff in it..and the quality is also better then here..

so i dunno ur rejected export wira is how wan lor.. laugh.gif
*
Duh..... obviously I totaled the Satria bcoz of a nasty accident lor. If not what do u expect? I go send to scrap metal shop & totaled the Satria of mine?

Well, to be honest the interior trims feels more solid compared to local batch of Proton models. Those seats are made with more nicer fabrics & my Wira comes with 4 power windows back in year 1996.

The Satria of mine is totaled by one of my best friend actually...... crashed & turned turtle in PD trunk road when he was happily dragging with a 1992 Proton Saga with done up engine. I was not in the car or driving it.... 2 casualties from the nasty accident & the Saga's driver along with his passenger died as the car fell into 15M ravine.

My friend was without driving license that time & I was only 18 yrs old when I owned the car. I ended up in court being charged for lending car to my friend & my friend was barred from taking driving license for 2 yrs but eventually settled with some *ahem* contacts & some $$$.

I purchased my Wira export specs for RM53K back in year 1996 as a present from my mom after I got tremendous results in my SPM.

mind to show some inside photo of ur wira??wanna see ur seats..dashboard and etc etc..never see a importa model wira look like how.. laugh.gif
*
He's my best friend for the past 20 yrs since primary school until now. I don't kira with him much & I claimed the Satria as total lost. The shitting issue is it's under Kurnia Insurance previously. Took me 9 months in order to compensation the loss for the Satria.

My Wira's interior now all using Mitsubishi stuff. Original seats & trims all out from the car & I also dunno where it went edi. Some are sold some are given away to some good friends looking for replacements for their Wira few years ago. The whole chassis along with the rear tail-lamps are Proton only, other that those are all Mitsubishi stuffs even the braking system, suspension arms, etc.

Yes, the legendary Cooper S is made famous by Italian Job movie starring Michael Caine back in 1969. Then in 2003, the newer version of Mini Coopers are again starred in The Italian Job played by Mark Wahlberg, Charlize Theron.

Few of my cousins are owners of Mini Coopers ranging from Mini Cooper One, Cooper S & the recent JCW Cooper S. Dammit..... poisoned me edi with those rides.

my family own this type of Camry also, the condition is good, the previous owner mileage not exceed 70k for a 8 years car

Yes, I do agreed with u that we couldn't see any SXV-10 or SXV-20 Camry(s) being pimped up here in Malaysia. When I visited Bangkok last year to visit a best friend as well as a holiday trip, I was introduced to a group of hardcore Camry owners who full blown their rides. I can see that 3S-GTE is sitting firmly in their engine bay & some extreme ones are running 1JZ! shocking.gif rclxub.gif notworthy.gif

The last batch of our SXV-10 Camry comes with ABS as well as better trim plus the rear tail lamps are different from the early batch circa year 1994-1995. Those are running without ABS, JDM-designed tail lamps identical to Scepter in Japan BUT their engine output is slightly higher than the later batch.

Actually that was my question to the 1JZ Camry owners but unfortunately they doesn't speak good english & they gave me an evil smile after they answered in a brief simple answer. Their workmanship as well as skills on plonking the 1JZ into the ride is blardy amazing!

btw whats the top speed u can get for your Camry? is it around 190km/h?

If u are in Bangkok for at least 5 days to a week, I can bring u go have a look at their car mod scenes there. Hahahaha...... Vios & Altis are used as taxis over there. The latest Altis edi been used as taxis since June this year that my friends over there told me bout.

I managed to clocked 215 km/h twice on my way to KLIA early last this year & last week I managed to clocked 220 km/h after I've done a full overhaul for my engine.

Imagine if your ride is 90% dark tinted on top a layer of VKool. It looks superb on white colored ride & other motorists doesn't have a clue who's driving the car when they view from outside.

The cons are it's almost impossible to drive clearly at nite time but wonderful during a super sunny hot afternoon. smile.gif
