I got a problem with me. Whenever I feel stress (eg like exam is coming) I will keep on binging (eat a lot without stoping and emotionally unstable). anyone can provide me a solution with that?? I feel sick to be that "crazy" and yet I dont know how to put a stop!!! HelP!!!!

LOL. All your pants cannot be worn anymore? hahaha... sorry. ehem , i guess whenever u feel like eating .. try to find things that calms u down like playing the piano, or any musical instrument, listen to musical songs. Do yoga,or .. go for a walk. Just try to be calm.
