I suggest you to do sports; dance, or anything for about 2 hours..
it really helps a lot in reducing stress; don't overdo cause it may makes you feel tired, just enjoy and let your body sweat; then take a warm bath and study.. you'll feel much more easy to understand because your brain cell is active
