Want to ask what happens if I entered incorrect pin number 3 times. And what should I do ?

Go to the nearest branch if you can still remember your PIN. Fill a form to remove the temporary suspension (block). This will give another 3 trials per day.

If you can't remember the PIN, then you need to pay RM 12 to reset the PIN. They'll issue you with a new set of security code.

I remembered the pin after i got home. had the worst hangover when i was trying to withdraw money this morning =.=
tomorrow bank all closed right ? i really need money tho, can i do it over the phone ?

I don't think you can do that over the phone. You need to fill in the form to unblock your ATM card. Go to any nearest branch to do this.

just now you mentioned something about 3 tries per day ? does this mean tomorrow i can withdraw the money d ?

Does your card has been blocked? If yes, then no choice that you have to go to the nearest branch.

i have no idea. after the three tries i straight away went back home, because couldnt bear the headache. and just woke up few hours ago.
I'll give it another go tomorrow, if still cant then i'll have to go to the bank on monday then. @_@

If I remembered correctly, if you keyed the wrong PIN for the fourth time, your card will be blocked.

Im not sure if u need to go branch. They just need to login and reset the block flag for u then u can use again using ur original pin.

i had this problem before, i forgot my pin, tried 3 times, then coz i'm afraid if i try one more time, the machine will block my card, so i went to cimb branch. they told me that your card won't be blocked (kena telan) no matter how many times u key in the wrong pin. it's just that the machine will reject your pin. and yes, you will need to pay rm12 if u wanna reset your pin.

Of course, the "block" I meant is referring to the machine is rejecting your PIN. I think modern ATM machine won't "swallow" your card.
