what types of property can be sold now? commercial, retail?
what type of property is hot now, buyers market i know but still?

Depend on where u build it.
And also the population of the place. Ask yourself this question - shoplots on top of the hill in the middle of no where. Will it work? Or actually u can always combine both residential & commercial with apartments. There's a name for it but I can't really think of it now... Seen those apartments with shoplots in the ground & 1st floor? |
