I was just wondering.. how about SIS sticker? its possible AP shop imitate it? I got htc touch and htc touch pro.. both sticker was different in color..
1 was red and another 1 was black.

Does flashing hspl or rom will void the warranty?

i want to replace my current device;
headache is with keyboard or virtual keyboard;
i have zoomed down to, diamond2,TP2,HD2 or HD mini
i m into heavy texting...i think TP2 fits me but then HD2 may be very condusive for me too. one is heavy and the other is BIG which also good for texting.
one question though are these HTC having all the same functions or having more or less between each other?
are there any difference in OS ver between these models?
i really dunno which is the best for me

the latest os is wm6.5, all arround the same, the only thing difference is on screen keyboard or the hardware keyboard.

for the HD2 or HD Mini, these 2 models were using the capasitative screen(which same screen with iphone), is a multi touch screen feature, and TP2 is using normal pda TFT touch screen which is single touch only.

if you having heavy typing then the TP2 is more suite to you, perhaps this info will help you to decide

now, do i keep my old device
or trade it off

not many shops keen to do trade in though.

hey and somehow i think SIS services is good..sometimes... the first time i took my phone to fix but the problem still occur than second time went there and screw them up than they fix it all up but.. the HTC sense, when typing messages its lag =.=...

and i wanted to ask, when you listening to calls.. will the backlight switch off by itself like samsung phone?

for your info, HTC screen if you fix it its extremely COSTLY....

my fren iz havin diz problem wif his phone: Glofiish (ap set). his pda juz shuts down automatically sometimes (not bcoz of battery weak) and the problem still persists even after rebooting d pda. wat r the common causes of this& how2 fix it? tnx

if this device is out of warranty, tell him/her to find third-party ROM... if the device is still under warranty, take back to the shop to fix it.. and since its AP set, good luck to your friend, because AP seller dont fix your phone like how the ORIGIN company does.

Parts faulty probably... That's the risk of buying frm AP set unfortunately, my dear :'(

Be extremely aware that not all shops has the capability of fixing lcd screen, in the end of the day, your devices maybe ruined and yet not fixed..

I have faced such problems before with other phone, so better check with the technician before proceed
