Hi, I just upgraded from 15" CRT to 19" widescreen LCD (ViewSonic VA1928wm). The recommended resolution and refresh rate is 1440x900 60Hz. But I notice that using 1440x900 60Hz will have slight flickering (like liquid movement) when looking the words carefully, why is this happen? It is not so obvious, but once you see it carefully, you will notice that. So I try to adjust the refresh rate to 75Hz, it solved the problem, but will it hurt the LCD?
