how about coldamp for the amp?
last i checked 2 bp4078 + 1 cps80 cost ~1.5k
2 x 400w is plenty and would satifsfy any power freaks like mwc /quaza
the new generation class d amp is the hotbuzz in hifi world
its time to introduce them in ice

your sub is 4ohm dvc while amps you listed give max power @1ohm, is this intended?

it couldnt,,unless you have 2 subs
w/ 4ohm dvc sub we can either get 2ohm (parallel) or 8ohm (series)
